These terms apply when you use the LOCKEDIN website or buy products from us. By placing an order you agree to them. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.

About us

LOCKEDIN sells apparel and merchandise through this website. Contact us at hello@lockedinuk.com.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you are buying for yourself or someone you are authorised to buy for, and that the payment method is yours to use.

Orders

• Adding an item to your cart does not reserve stock. Items are only reserved once you start checkout, and the order is only confirmed after payment has cleared.
• We may decline or cancel an order if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, you will be refunded in full.
• Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).

Payment

Payment is taken securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are guidelines, not guarantees. Title and risk pass to you when the courier delivers the package to the address you supplied.

Returns and refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to cancel, and a further 14 days to return the item. See our Returns Policy for the full process.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives faulty or we send the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Let us know straight away if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malicious code, or attempt to access systems you have no permission to access. We may suspend access if you do.

Intellectual property

The LOCKEDIN name, logo, designs, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Otherwise our total liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
